This year’s event will be held on Sunday 16th September. The route will be open 11am – 3pm.
The Nottingham event is part of the British Cycling national Let’s Ride campaign with 14 events taking place across the country between May to September. These are traffic free, fun, family cycling festivals and this year the ambition is to engage with as many local organisations as possible to create a Nottingham feel. Activation will include; live music, come and try sports, kids activity, info stalls, activity on the River Trent plus more. We will have a stage and alongside a programme of live music there will be the chance to celebrate local achievements through presentations, Q&A sessions.
Last year’s event had 4,000 participants. This year they are hoping to achieve more!
Let’s Ride Nottingham provides a fantastic opportunity for local organisations, groups, activity providers to attend the event and showcase the work they do. The event is free to all participants and therefore free to all organisations wishing to attend (NOTE: there will be a fee if organisations are selling items or charging for an activity).
