Second hand bikes and Bike Recycling

Cycle Saviours project

As well as offering to help try and fix your bike for free, Cycle Saviours supports a local charity based in West Bridgford – The Friary – that works to end homelessness. If you have an unwanted bicycle and would like it to donate it to benefit a good cause, get in touch with Graham Lansdell: his email address is
Graham carries out any necessary repairs before selling donated cycles via the Gumtree website, and gives all the proceeds to The Friary.

Even bikes that are beyond repair are useful, providing spare parts which can be used to get other bikes working, or be used to help clients of Cycle Saviours.
As Graham only has limited storage space, he cannot cope with bulk donations – only one or two at a time, please.
